A bit about me
Over the past 12 years I have served hundreds of families as a Birth, Postpartum & Sibling Doula, Lactation Counselor and Childbirth educator.
I decided to pursue birth work after helping my cousin through her intense labor and delivery. Realizing the amazing comfort that can come from a doula who is present and grounded. I encourage clients to do their own research alongside me to come up with birth preferences and postpartum planning that encompasses each individual’s vision for their own unique pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum periods.
It is my belief that every birthing person should have a loving advocate and access to the best possible care throughout their journey into parenthood.
The Impact of Loss
PAL: Supporting Parents' Emotional Journeys
After going through a late-term loss in 2020 with my first child; Llewyn, (and pregnancy after loss {PAL} in 2021) I am keenly aware of the intricacies of each parent’s narrative and how holding space for them can make all the difference in how they feel for years to come; regardless of their birth outcome.

Juggling Family, Cooking, and Dreams
When I’m not caring for families you can usually find me chasing after my own littles; Indy (our very sweet beagle) & Jonas (our very sweet kiddo), cooking and creating with my husband; we love trying new recipes and are currently building our dream tiny house on wheels!
